If you already have coolant in the system you will need some of thiere prep fluid to flush the block and system of water/coolant. give them a call ,,good people but the stuff isnt cheap.

Although distilled water is pretty unstable all by itself by the time you add antifreeze and the contaminates that come out of the block, hoses, heads, rad etc. it becomes safe to use.
Apr 01, 2015 When you state that you are going to perform this with a high speed hand held type router, most of those type turn in the 20,000 + rpm range, that is far too high an rpm for cutting aluminum, especially 6060-T6 as it is the gummiest to cut besides your O condition variety, 7000-8000 rpm would be ideal for this application.
