No smoke on startup or while running. Was going to use in my Triumph TR7 but that project has been delayed so rather than letting it sit in the spare room in the house, I am willing to let it go.This engine is very good and

This was due to higher flowing Cathedral port heads, more compression, and a slightly bigger cam. In many ways it's the “327” of this era.
