Made with high-quality nylon 6 filament, our strip brushes have excellent abrasion resistance, flex life, bend recovery and springiness (often called “flicking”).
Precision Brush Company offers extruded aluminum brush holders which are designed to fit our straight strip brushes, available in up to 12 ft lengths. Stock holders do not ship with mounting holes, but we are able to provide custom hole punching if required. Aluminum brush holders can be custom anodized to almost any color.

We manufacture Strip Brush Holders from extruded aluminum in a range of lengths and profile shapes. We also offer profile shapes in a clear anodized finish. Other overall lengths, profile shapes and anodized colors are available upon request and mounting holes and slots can be machined into holders for specific applications.
Our Industrial Channel strip brushes are made by taking a flat piece of galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum, laying filaments perpendicular to the sheet metal then laying a central wire parallel to the sheet metal and then clamping the sheet metal around the retaining wire.

Strip brushes with direct-mount backing, also called stapled-set strip brushes, have integrated plastic holders and can be directly mounted to conveyors. When the brush is worn, the brush and holder must be replaced. The plastic holder is lighter and provides more corrosion resistance than the metal holders used with standard strip brushes.
